About Our Founder

Our master craftsman Chris Kennedy is the owner and founder of In-Design Woodworks and Kennedy Construction Services, LLC. He was raised in Huntsville, AL and is currently a licensed contractor in the State of Alabama. He was formerly licensed in – Florida, Georgia and Arizona. His passions include carpentry, playing music and helping his clients improve and enjoy their homes and work places.

Chris is a strong advocate for increasing professionalism and competency in the construction industry. He is firm believer in continuing education for his team. This helps them stay on the cutting edge of new materials, styles and techniques. He’s a member of the Huntsville Madison County Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Alabama. Chris works with architects and designers to help property owners achieve the best results for both commercial and residential clients.
